🧪 Materials; Construction
Each pair is created using a multilayer heat-bonding technique for a lightweight and comfortable design.
Materials: Iridescent film, heavyweight artist-grade cardstock, flexible galvanized steel wire, and premium iron-on vinyl.
Reinforced wire runs only along the outer upper edge of each wing, providing gentle shaping support while keeping the construction lightweight. The decorative veins are precision-cut from heavyweight artist-grade cardstock-no corrugated cardboard or heavy factory plastic is used.
🌈 Color & Appearance
The iridescent film changes color depending on the lighting, viewing angle, movement, and surrounding colors. The wings may appear pink, lavender, green, gold, or nearly transparent under different conditions. Screen settings and lighting may slightly affect how the colors appear in photographs.
👗 How to Wear
The strapless U-shaped base slides underneath a fitted top, corset, dress bodice, or bra band. No visible shoulder straps are required. For the most secure fit, wear the wings underneath a snug, structured garment that can hold the base firmly against your back.
🎭 Important Note for Performers
The lightweight fiber-core construction is designed for comfort during long festival days and extended wear. The reinforced upper edges allow for gentle shaping, but the wings should be handled carefully during intense performances, crowded events, or other high-movement activities. They are water-resistant but not fully waterproof, so please avoid prolonged exposure to rain or severe weather.
